Ongoing Therapy: $150
For patients prescribed controlled-substance testosterone. Includes 4 injections and Nurse Practitioner oversight.
Follow-Up & Lab Work:
Lab work is completed every 3–4 months.
Follow-up visits: a review of blood work occurs every 3-4 months.
