Service Description
Initial Consult with Nurse Practitioner in any one of our locations. Discussion of your medical history and weight loss goals and development of your unique treatment plan to include Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. There is a $50 prepayment required to hold appointment that can be applied to your medication order purchase provided you purchase within 72 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made online 7 or more days before your appointment with no penalty and full refund of any deposits. To cancel within a week of appointment, or to reschedule and apply any deposits to a future appointment, please call us at 781-206-7631. Please contact us to cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance. We cannot offer refunds after this point. Thank you for understanding.
