Initial Consult with Nurse Practitioner in any one of our locations. Discussion of your medical history and weight loss goals, and development of your unique treatment plan to include Semaglutide or other possible options. There is a $100 prepayment required to hold appointment that can be applied to your medication order purchase provided you purchase within 72 hours. Call to see if you qualify! HSA & FSA accepted!
