Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made online 7 or more days before your appointment with no penalty and full refund of any deposits. 
To cancel within a week of appointment, or to reschedule and apply any deposits to a future appointment, please call us at 781-206-7631. 
Please contact us to cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance. We cannot offer refunds after this point. Thank you for understanding.
