Sculptra is an injectable that helps to stimulate the skin’s own natural collagen production over time to correct the appearance of facial lines and folds.

It contains poly L lactic acid (PLLA), with immediate corrections noted due to volume injected, this is then absorbed by body within 48hours. Then, the PLLA induces a controlled response which leads to recruitment of fibroblasts and the stimulation of collagen production within the dermis over the next 30 days. It is then eliminated by the body gradually and subtly with results that last up to 25 months.
