Cancellation Policy
To provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following policy regarding Cancellations and Rescheduling. Please call us at 781-206-7631 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Emails, text messages, or social media messages are not accepted for changes or cancellations. To receive a full refund of your prepaid deposit, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days)in advance of the scheduled appointment. If you cancel WITHIN 72 hours and do not reschedule, your prepayment will be forfeited. If you call within 72 hours to reschedule, we will gladly transfer your deposit to your new date. Please note, however, you will be charged another prepayment fee to hold the appointment, both of which will all be deducted from your total of services or products. No Shows and Last-Minute Cancellations If you miss your appointment without proper notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and an additional $100 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. We value both your time and ours.
